1. Scope and app versions

GKPro offers goalkeeper education, training tools and local records without an account. This policy describes data handling across app versions; features differ by installed version. The separate AI-sharing consent and withdrawal controls described below are part of the upcoming update. Earlier releases may not display those controls. On an earlier release, do not use AI Coach if you do not want your message sent to external services. A privacy-page update does not add consent controls to an already installed app.

2. Records stored on your device

Profile details, matches, training history, workout plans, credit counters, game results, saved answers and preferences are stored on your device. GKPro does not automatically upload these records as a profile database. AI requests may include selected details as explained in section 4. Device backups depend on your Apple and device settings. Removing the app or clearing local records does not cancel an Apple subscription.

3. Camera, microphone and audio

Today’s Workout and the current games do not use the camera or record microphone audio. Spoken cues and game sounds are audio playback, not microphone listening.

4. External AI: recipients, purpose and data

When you submit a coach question or request an AI workout, the request travels over HTTPS through GKPro’s Vercel-hosted server to OpenAI’s API to generate a response. Your typed coach question, including personal details you choose to type, is sent. Please do not enter sensitive information. Workout requests in the upcoming update include language, duration, equipment and training setup, age group, experience, focus, goal, preferred foot, supervision and training-day preferences, recent training counts, difficulty feedback and an eligible-drill catalogue. If you select the last-match option, save and goal counts and goal types are included. Profile name, height, opponent name, free match notes, camera images and microphone recordings are not automatically attached. GKPro does not sell these requests for advertising.

Subscription verification and AI limits in the secure update

The secure AI update sends Apple-signed subscription proof to GKPro’s Vercel-hosted server. GKPro verifies the current subscription status with Apple; this proof is not sent to OpenAI. Daily limits and abuse-prevention records use one-way HMACs of subscription identifiers and IP addresses, with expiry. Clearing local data does not cancel an Apple subscription or reset server-side usage limits. Apple App Attest installation public keys and one-time proofs are verified by GKPro, not sent to OpenAI. Private keys remain on the device. Challenges expire in five minutes; installation public-key/counter records expire within one year of last use. These controls depend on the secure server update being deployed; they are not a claim about earlier installed versions.

5. Consent, withdrawal and young users

In the upcoming update, external AI requires a separate explicit sharing agreement before a request is sent. Buying Elite does not grant sharing consent. You can decline and continue using free local content. Withdrawing consent in Settings stops future AI requests; it does not recall data already sent. GKPro is intended for users aged 13 and over. New and existing users declare their age group. An under-13 declaration blocks training, games, new purchases and external AI access in this update. Existing local records are not deleted. Age declaration is not identity verification. Subscription and device verification remain on GKPro’s server. Users aged 13–17 should discuss sharing with a parent or guardian. The age confirmation is self-declared and is not verified parental consent. These controls must not be assumed to exist in an earlier installed release.

6. Service processing, retention and deletion

Vercel hosts the request endpoint and OpenAI processes AI requests. These internet services may process connection information such as IP addresses and operational logs, and processing may occur outside your country. OpenAI’s published API policy states that API data is not used to train its models by default; standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, subject to its exceptions and any applicable account-specific controls. GKPro does not claim zero server retention or immediate automatic deletion. Hosting-log retention and available deletion controls depend on the configured service. For questions or access/deletion requests, contact burak782@icloud.com. Clearing data on your phone or withdrawing consent does not itself delete provider-side logs.

7. Purchases, reminders and external links

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. GKPro uses StoreKit entitlement information to unlock features; it does not receive your full payment-card details. Reminders, where available, are scheduled locally after notification permission; they do not generate AI workouts in the background. Educational content can be read locally, but opening a source link connects to the source website under its own policy. GKPro does not use IDFA, advertising networks or cross-app tracking.

GKPro bu kayıtları bir profil veritabanı olarak otomatik yüklemez. AI isteğine seçili bilgiler 4. bölümde açıklandığı şekilde eklenebilir. Cihaz yedeklemeleri Apple ve cihaz ayarlarına bağlıdır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya yerel kayıtları temizlemek Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez.

Yeni güncellemedeki plan istekleri dil, süre, ekipman ve çalışma ortamı, yaş grubu, deneyim, odak, hedef, baskın ayak, gözetim ve çalışma günü tercihleri, yakın dönem antrenman sayıları, zorluk geri bildirimi ve uygun drill kataloğunu içerir. Son maçı kullanmayı seçersen kurtarış ve gol sayıları ile gol türleri eklenir. Profil adı, boy, rakip adı, serbest maç notları, kamera görüntüleri ve mikrofon kayıtları otomatik eklenmez. GKPro bu istekleri reklam amacıyla satmaz.

Güvenli güncellemede abonelik doğrulaması ve AI limiti

Güvenli AI güncellemesi Apple imzalı abonelik kanıtını Vercel’de barındırılan GKPro sunucusuna iletir. GKPro güncel abonelik durumunu Apple üzerinden doğrular; bu kanıt OpenAI’ye gönderilmez. Günlük limit ve kötüye kullanım önleme kayıtları, abonelik kimlikleri ve IP adreslerinin tek yönlü HMAC değerlerini süreli olarak saklar. Yerel verileri silmek Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez ve sunucudaki kullanım limitini sıfırlamaz. Ayarlar’dan onayı geri çekmek sonraki AI isteklerini durdurur; daha önce gönderilmiş verileri geri çağırmaz. GKPro 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Yeni ve mevcut kullanıcılar yaş grubunu beyan eder. Bu güncellemede 13 yaş altı beyanında antrenman, oyun, yeni satın alma ve dış AI erişimi açılmaz. Mevcut yerel kayıtlar silinmez. Yaş beyanı kimlik doğrulaması değildir. Abonelik ve cihaz doğrulaması GKPro sunucusunda kalır. 13–17 yaş kullanıcılar paylaşımı ebeveyn veya vasileriyle değerlendirmelidir. 6. Hizmet sağlayıcılar, saklama ve silme

İstek uç noktasını Vercel barındırır, AI isteklerini OpenAI işler. Bu internet hizmetleri IP adresi gibi bağlantı bilgileri ve işletim kayıtlarını işleyebilir; işleme ülken dışında gerçekleşebilir. OpenAI’nin yayınlanmış API politikasına göre API verileri varsayılan olarak model eğitimi için kullanılmaz; standart kötüye kullanım izleme kayıtları, istisnalar ve hesaba özel kontroller saklı kalmak üzere, 30 güne kadar tutulabilir. GKPro sunucuda sıfır saklama veya anında otomatik silme vaat etmez. Barındırma kayıtlarının saklanması ve kullanılabilen silme kontrolleri hizmet yapılandırmasına bağlıdır. Sorular, erişim ve silme talepleri için burak782@icloud.com adresine yazabilirsin. Telefonda verileri temizlemek veya onayı geri çekmek sağlayıcı kayıtlarını kendiliğinden silmez.

7. Ödemeler, hatırlatmalar ve dış bağlantılar

Abonelik ve satın alımları Apple işler. GKPro özellikleri açmak için StoreKit abonelik hakkı bilgisini kullanır; tam ödeme kartı bilgilerini almaz. Hatırlatmalar, sunulan sürümlerde bildirim izninden sonra cihazda programlanır; arka planda AI antrenmanı üretmez. Eğitim içerikleri cihazda okunabilir; kaynak bağlantısını açmak ilgili siteye kendi politikası kapsamında bağlanır. GKPro IDFA, reklam ağı veya çapraz uygulama takibi kullanmaz.
